    VitaCuro or (VitaCuro vClinic & ePractice) is a Practice & Appointment Management platform that Doctor and Hospital/Clinic can use to expand practice & operation using today's online/internet technologies. It comes with suit of application for Doctors, Patients and Clinic/Hospital Front Office.

  • What is VitaCuro vClinic?

    VitaCuro vClinic (vclinic.vitacuro.com) is the website where Hospital/Cinic Front Office logs in, in order to manage & view Doctor & Patients, manage & view appointments online.

  • What is VitaCuro ePractice?

    VitaCuro ePractice (epractice.vitacuro.com) is the website where Doctor logs in, in order to manage & view their account & operations, including handling consultations & managing appointments, and every aspect of their practice online. It also comes with managing Patients and Records.

  • What are the benefits of using VitaCuro vClinic/ePractice?

    Doctors can publish their profile online thereby increasing the visibility for their services.

  • Does VitaCuro help bringing the Patients?

    VitaCuro is a Practice & Appointment Management platform for Doctor and Hospital/Clinic to manage their appointments and consultations online. We do not bring any patients to the Doctor or Clinic, nor do we act as aggregators providing Healthcare services to patients.

    However, by publising your Profile Webpage, which is Search Engine Optimized, you Profile Webpage will be visible in the search results of search engines (such as, Google). So, if a Patient in your area looking for a Doctor / Clinic of your advertised expertise, they can visit your Profile Webpage, and book an appointment from there.

    You are also free to brand, advertise, and market your Profile Webpage in any manner that benefits you, such as, sharing the URL on your Social Media campaigns, marketing channels, with your Patients, etc.

    For this reason, you are requested to keep your Profile Webpage as upto date as possible. You can also publish blogs, videos, and other marketting content on your Profile Webpage on VitaCuro.

  • As a Doctor, how do I increase online visibility through VitaCuro ePractice?

    As part of your account creation process on VitaCuro ePractice, you will be provided a guide to configure your Profile Webpage to publish it online.

    By publising your Profile Webpage, which is Search Engine Optimized, you Profile Webpage will be visible in the search results of search engines (such as, Google). So, if a Patient in your area looking for a Doctor / Clinic of your advertised expertise, they can visit your Profile Webpage, and book an appointment from there.

    You are also free to brand, advertise, and market your Profile Webpage in any manner that benefits you, such as, sharing the URL on your Social Media campaigns, marketing channels, with your Patients, etc.

  • My Clinic does not have a dedicated front office for managing appointments. Can I use VitaCuro for my practice?

    Yes. You can manage and do everything on your own through your login as Doctor in VitaCuro ePractice.

  • How does VitaCuro cover medico legal requirements for online consultations?

    VitaCuro is compliant with Telemedicine Guidelines published by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, and mandated for Technology Platforms. Patients provide explicit consent as part of the appointment booking workflow to comply with the guidelines.

  • We already have a HIS software installed in our Hospital which we use for Walk-in Appointments. How can I use VitaCuro vClinic?

    VitaCuro vClinic offers you the benefit of managing your appointments online and increase consultations through online presence. To avoid conflicts with walk-in patients calendar, you may consider setting dedicated appointment slots for online consultations.

  • We have visiting doctors providing consultations at our Hospital OPD. Will we get visibility and consolidated view of all consultations?

    Yes. You will get a dedicated login for your Hospital / Clinic Front office through which you get access to all appointments information and their status. You can view & manage individual appointment.

  • How are payments for appointments collected online?

    We have two options for online payments:

    (a) Integrated Payment Gateway:

    In this case, the payment is collected by VitaCuro on your behalf, and appointment is confirmed after successful completion of the payment. This amount will be settled with you, post deducting administration charges, after 3 days of completing the consultation. VitaCuro also manages payment refunds, in case of appointment cancellation, as per the configured settings for your clinic.

    (b) Direct Credit to Doctor / Clinic via UPI or Net Banking

    In this case, the Patient will pay directly to your account through UPI or Net Banking, as configured by you for your account. The Patient is required to upload the payment screenshot, in order to confirm the appointment. You can verify the payment at your end, and attend/cancel the appointment based on validity of the payment. In this scenario, the payment refunds, in case of cancellation, need to be managed you.

  • Is there a free trial period?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial period.

  • How do I get started with VitaCuro vClinic / ePractice?

    Please Sign-up here, and fill up the form. VitaCuro Support team will contact you at the earliest to help you with setting up your account.

  • What are the documents required for verification for VitaCuro ePractice?

    If you are registering as a Doctor, we need a copy of your Medical Registration Certificate and Govt of India approved Photo ID and Address Proof.

  • Do I have to download and install the VitaCuro App?

    The VitaCuro App - as of now - is under construction. We will annouce the availability as soon as it is ready.

    However, you do not need to download any app (even when it is available). You can use chrome browser on Android or Windows PC/Laptop, or, Safari browser on iPhone/iPad/MAC devices.

  • How do I access the vClinic/ePractice easily from my mobile phone?

    For Android Phones: you can add a shortcut to your Chrome browser on your android phone home screen for easy access. Refer to this link for instructions.

Supported Browsers

  • What browsers do you support?

    On Android 5.0 & above mobile phones: use Google Chrome Browser.

    On iOS 12.0 & above iPhones/iPad: use Apple Safari.

    On Desktop/Laptop running latest Microsoft Windows & Ubuntu or other Debian based Linux distrbutions: use Google Chrome browser, latest version.

    On iMac, running latest macOS: use Apple Safari.

  • When I click on the link on SMS, I see Unsupported Browser error?

    Only Android 5.0+ mobile phones or Apple iPhones are supported. On clicking on the URL received on SMS, the mobile phone always opens the link using the system default browser as set in respective phone settings.

    On stock Android Phones, the Chrome Browser is usually set to be the default browser. However, in many Android Phones, manfucturer provides its own browser as default (even though Chrome is installed), which do not meet the requirements of video consultation - see below for guidance on how to change your default browser to Chrome on Android phones.

    On iPhones, the Apple Safari is usually set to be the default browser. If that is not the case, you can manually change the default browser setting by following the steps here.

  • How do I set default browser to Chrome on Android phones?

  • How do I set default browser to Safari on iPhone/iPad (iOS 14+)?

    1. Open Settings

    2. Scroll down and tap on Safari

    3. Tap on Default Browser

  • What other requirements to be met for Teleconsultation?

    Network: your internet speed should at least be 15Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. If you are on the move you require at least 4G/LTE service on your phone.

    Minimal Hardware Requirements: Dual Core Processor, with 2GB memory

    Access to your camera & microphone is needed for Teleconsultation. You are required to allow this access when asked.

  • Does VitaCuro support multi-locations appointment management?

    Yes, Doctors can configure multiple clinics, each having its own location & address, consultation schedule & timings, and fee.

  • How do patients book appointments online?

    Patients can book appointments through the appointment calendar published as part of the Doctor's Profile Webpage.

  • Can the Doctor / Clinic book appointments for patients?

    Doctor/Clinics can book appointments for their Patients, and the Patient will be intimated via SMS to complete the payment online for confirming the appointment. This can be used for Visit/Walk-in Appointments as well as for Teleconsultation Appointments.

  • Can the Doctor / Clinic reschedule appointments?

    Yes, Doctor/Clinic has the provision to reschedule, edit or cancel the appointments.

  • Will Doctor be able to see patient health records prior to the consultation?

    The Patient gets option to upload health records, prescriptions, test reports, against the appointment, both at the time of booking, and even afterwards, including during the consultation. These records are available for the Doctor to view during or prior to actual consultation.

  • Are the patient records accessible to the doctor post consultation?

    Doctors can view all past appointment, and records within them, including Prescription issued, as part of the Consultation History.

  • What if the patient doesn't join for teleconsultation as prescribed?

    Doctors has the option to switch to another waiting Patient, and/or, reschedule the appointment if the Patient has not joined the consultation at all.

  • How to intimate patients if the doctor is late for a video call?

    The Doctor can reschedule the appointment prior to the scheduled appointment time and the Patient will be intimated of the updated timing via SMS.

  • What happens if the network fluctuates during the call?

    If the network fluctuates during the call, the video call gets automatically switched to an audio call under low bandwidth situation. In case of severe degradation, hangup and join back the call again.

  • How do I provide prescriptions for online teleconsultations?

    You can write the prescription on your standard Rx pad with annotation “Teleconsultation”, take a picture and upload it through your VitaCuro ePractice application.
